A point by point disclaimer by Newsmax. Obviously, it’s about a threatened lawsuit which they don’t want to be caught up defending... happily ever after. Just IMO, in fairness, it may not be fair to expect a relatively new news station to take on the expense - and the risk - of defending such a lawsuit. It, apparently, includes pretty complicated claims, even international, which would be extremely difficult to prove one way or the other. Good enough of them to offer an uncensored platform to people voicing those claims. They don’t have to take on responsibility for everything anyone says.
