Interesting talk yesterday with Alan Pangbourne.

A few of the highlights were as follows:

1) The new oxidation technology is likely to take the initial construction cost to below $1 billion. Given the changes to the initial plan outlined in the transaction presentation this is not surprising but is a game changer in IRR, NPV etc....

2) The next big data point to going to be mid-2021 with a PFS coming out. A feasability study is expected to be out in mid-2022.

3) Alan seemed to be very keen on getting Metates to a production decision with minimum dilution. We discussed several options on how to get there and I think there are some good options.

4) They are looking for other stranded assets that could use the technology to be put into production.

5) They will be at PDAC and other conferences in 2021 and the news flow should be picking up.

Overall was impressed with Alan's plan and look forward to seeing how things develop.

Best Regards,

Bill
