Walt and Lilian,

Thanks for the various explanations.

I am watching this company, CCQ.B T, for a friend. They have made some significant sales and acquisitions lately and from your suggestions, the cross could represent part of the financing in one of the deals.

If the above were true then would you agree this cross should been viewed as very positive?

They have received good reviews lately including ... "Buy & Sell columnist Sonita Horvitch says in the Tuesday edition of the Financial Post that CCL Industries is a current top stock pick of John Vipond, partner of Canadian equities at Toronto-based Indago Capital Management. Ms Horvitch notes the stock, currently $17.30, has a 52-week range of $19 to $14.50. Mr Vipond continues to like consumer products producer CCL Industries. Ms Horvitch notes the stock was his selection in her column on November 14 at $19."

Thanks again.

Henry
