BUT .... One of the BIGGEST "RATS" of all was John Brennan at Obama's CIA. He was the "Orchestra Leader" back in the USA who CONNIVED AND MANIPULATED in order to give that other "RAT", Comey, at the FBI the impression that the stuff that Comey obtained was "confirmed" by the stuff that Brennan gave him. BUT, it was the SELF-SAME "Steele Dossier" fabrication based on CRAP.
Next there was the obtaining of FISA warrants based on LIES and FALSE INFORMATION so that the FBI could tap the phone of Carter Page because they needed a FISA warrant seeing as Page was a US citizen. The CIA cannot do that which was why "CHIEF RAT" Brennan needed "RAT" Comey's "collaboration".
And because Steele had worked for the FBI in the past, his "credentials" were apparently sufficient to back up getting a FISA Warrant from a FISA judge.
The FISA to tap into Page's phone allows the FBI the "TWO KNOCK" Rule, which means that they can then listen in to anyone that Page connects with, and then listen in to that person's calls that Page had connected with. And in so doing, they could then SPY ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN.
