Don't screw up the fact that Dr. Gil is the person who did all the house cleaning, Most of the cleaning, but not all. He didn't cut the board, the corporate library, Newton and others. He had the courage to start chopping the dead wood, but for some reason he didn't fire as many people as he should have in either of his two rounds of firings.
