If the president orders it - I'm not comfortable where that takes us. The military would have to openly defy his orders - given we are in the ninth inning and he's down by 20 runs, the military probably would not take that plunge into madness with him. But he has lots of room for mischief just to leave Biden with some smoking ruins (hopefully, figuratively!) and a weak hand in the court of public opinion. That would be his "win" -to just shit over everything.
