Melatonin is great. I use the 0.5 mg tablets so I can titrate the dose. 1 mg seems optimal. Combine it with a sleep monitoring watch, Fitbit or others, and you can really see the benefit. It also shows that, for me, any alcohol near bedtime leads to poor sleep quality.
