Rapid growth, gross margins in excess of 70% and a cloud-based business model. Normally, the recipe for a successful IPO. I suspect that some investors are holding off because $434 million in debt is being paid down, and more importantly, 40% of the shareholders are cashing out.

ETWO will probably look better in six to twelve months. JMO
