"Might" and "May" constitutes no proof of such, therefore this mentally inadequate "judge" has no case for his own argument. Has he ever recused himself from a case because he a flaming liberal and a defendant was a conservative? Case closed. Just another deranged, brainwashed little tyrant with a gavel. He should be removed from the bench.
