Thank you very much for post. It is not
what I thought it was. They are doping
the silicon with Ge. Looks very promising.
Manufacturing is improved by getting rid
of volatile As. But I think Ge epitaxy will
not be easy even with this new patented lower
temperature process. Cunninghan points the
the increasing amount of Ge in junction area
is critical. I don't think this is going to
be a piece of cake. (Maybe) These are just thougts
flying of the top of my head. I am going to research
this and talk it over with people that really know
the field. Although I am aware of techniques, I don't
work in this field.

P.S. The guru I refered to was a stock guru. Who knows
nothing. I read his artticles. What you presented looks
looks it should be promising. I am very interested.
