They are probably as adept as the "pros" who may show up. My son and I put a versa climber together and I assembled a leg press machine myself. The biggest problem that I run into is the quality of the instructions. If is is from China... Sometimes there are decent videos on a particular mode and if so I would recommend watching before assembly.
