Jim,
I assume the idea is to show that the North Tanjung Block is in a prolific oil producing province. There has been oil discovered on all sides of the block, and their last well proved that oil has indeed migrated through the block. The trick is to find a structure that has trapped a couple hundred million barrells or so.
