It’s $120k for four years at UMass for in-state students now. So yeah, $170k in 12 years seems about right. And that’s as cheap as it gets. Out of staters going to the state school pay over $200 now for four years.

Private colleges are generally two and a half times the cost of in-state state schools. For example, a regular university like Syracuse charges $76k per year.
