Ken, DWCH is in a turnaround situation and is now regrouping after a change of CEO, sale of a major asset and is now reinstating vigor into their sales staff & product line. This will take a while...in the meantime, all the restructuring, etc. is "wiping the slate clean" so that the new management can focus on the advantages of the core business. Paul
