If you have ever been around somebody suffering from advanced dementia, you can recognize the jibber jabber patois and, also, the vacant look in his eyes. With Donald Trump (the so-called “Chosen One”) you can see it: the lights are on but nobody's home. Trump the day in Scotland when a Secret Service agent that was guarding him had a stroke and died. Trump's speech is not that different then a chatty 3 year old. He talks to hear himself talk, convinced that he's actually saying something. Hannity called Trump, “A human run-on sentence.” I have seen dementia. Trump's dementia will get worse. In the years to come, what we will see is Trump's primary personality characteristic dominating all others: that is his ego. It will become real “Chosen One" crap. Just how long can somebody like that survive as a free person in the cities of the world? It will be like the Mark Knopfler lyrics: “Two men say they're Jesus - one of them must be wrong.”
