NCES will experience margin expansion as the business matures. In 18 months, NCES will have $2 billion in revenues. As acquisitions continue, they will be more accretive to earnings. But the main reason that EPS growth will be tremendous is that cost efficiencies will be realized, as well as pricing power (as NCES' name becomes well known).

Schraith is still with SMTC, and I don't think his leaving CPQ will adversely affect SMTC. His presence on the board has likely helped SMTC in the past. SMTC is a big kid; it can handle itself now.
