Hi Cat, Congratulations on your new thread. Here's my contribution. Of no market import but kind of an end of the year uplifting story, maybe. I think future societies will look back on our age as "the age of astronomy". New discoveries seem to come every week...for the last 50 years or so. The fly by of Arrokoth (means sky in the Algonquian language)...also called Ultima Thule...was an incredible accomplishment. This NASA team located a 36 km long object 4 billion miles from earth and got this spacecraft to do a close flyby after it was done surveying Pluto. Story recently covered in detail on a new Nova episode. solarsystem.nasa.gov . ARROKOTH. Giant space potato. May your thread prosper. lh
