All we ever hear about COVID-19, especially from the Political Class and power hungry Socialist types, are "the number of cases, the number of cases, the number of cases ..... " AD NAUSEAM !!!!
IMO, what is OF FAR MORE RELEVANCE, is the DEATH RATE THAT CAN BE CONCLUDED ROM COVID-19 ITSELF, EXCLUDING ANY OTHER CONTRIBUTORY MEDICAL FACTORS !!!
In the UK, for example, and from the "worldometer" tables, we find that there have been 71,567 deaths from 2,382,865 cases.
That's a death rate of (71567/2382865)x100 = 3% ..... so only 3 in 100 have died from COVID-19 ...
BUT .... we don't know how many of those DIED PURELY FROM COVID AND NOT BECAUSE THEY HAD SOME OTHER MAJOR HEALTH PROBLEM AND CONTRACTING COVID "PUSHED THEM OVER THE EDGE" !!
From a TOTAL Population perspective, the UK has a population of 68,063,019.
Therefore the COVID-19 DEATH RATE PER HEAD OF POPULATION IS :-
(71567/68063019)x100 = 0.1%.
That is 1 person in 1000 OF THE TOTAL POPULATION HAVE DIED FROM COVID-19, bearing in mind the same observation made above regarding the EXCLUSIVE CAUSE OF THAT DEATH.
If we compare that statistic with the ANNUAL FLU in the UK we see :-
...... We See that the ANNUAL DEATH RATE, per Head of Population, in the UK from the FLU and Pneumonia combined is :-
(30000/68063019)x100 = approx. 0.05%.
Now that may be double COVID-19, BUT DON'T FORGET THAT HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF BRITS GET A FLU JAB EVERY YEAR TO AVOID GETTING THE FLU IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!!
No One has been getting ANY "COVID-19 JAB" AS OF YET !!!!
I suggest that if there was No Flu Jab being administered Annually in the UK, the DEATH RATE from the FLU and PNEUMONIA could very well be in line with COVID-19.
And then, if we look at the world wide numbers :-
....... we see that (58344204/82328043)x100 = 71% who are confirmed with COVID-19 RECOVER FROM IT !!!! ...
AND ....... that only (1796559/82328043)x100 = 2.18% Die From It, i.e. FAR LESS THAN 3 IN 100.
Once again we don't know if COVID-19 was the SINGLE AND ONLY CAUSE OF THOSE DEATHS !!!
I could understand the "Political/Power-Control-Hungry-Socialist" Induced PANIC about COVID-19 if it was similar to having the DEATH RATE FROM EBOLA, .....
....... BUT COVID-19 is Far Removed from this type of death-causing virus. We now know who are primarily VULNERABLE TO IT, and what sensible precautions the rest of the population can take to avoid getting AND/OR spreading it ...... SO THE WHOLE WORLD DOES NOT HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE OF COVID-19 .......... IMO !!! |
