No, I think the US created a monster and knew they could control him. Saddam and Reagan were almost best friends and this was AFTER he gassed his own people. Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 and that's why the lie is disgusting. The people who did 9/11 were killed on 9/11 so Bush killed a lot of innocent people for no reason other than blood lust.
