Then the question becomes, how to find the people who truly need it.

Start by spending a little more time preparing the bill, rather than 5K pages and a vote in 2 hours.

I find it incredible that the ACA and the auto bailouts generated such animosity for Obama, when they are drops in the bucket compared to what has been hastily and with little thought done this year. Why can't the Dems at least stand up and say lets EFFICIENTLY target our PRECIOUS stimulus $, so that we stretch them as far as possible, and don't run up the deficit the way Trump has so far?
