Roger and all, today I joined S I. I have been reading about BROC for some months and have accumulated a stach. Today I felt that its time to pay my dues. My strategy is to get positioned so that when times are favorable, I would be in range of long term capital gains advantage. Also thanks for the "AVNT" news some time back as I made some change.
