Andy, your follow-up comments are on the mark about opening price gaps. Would you agree that is a bit risky for us common folks to send in our on-line orders at night for first bell opening transactions? Its kind of like a blind order, because we don't really know what the opening price is going to be. On Monday openings I think that is especially true, with lots of people making portfolio adjustments after studying their favorite information sources over the weekend. I prefer to wait for the surges to subside, and usually avoid buy orders on Monday mornings. On the other hand, if one is interesting in selling, putting in a sell order right after the opening bell might be a good way to pick up an extra hit in the price unless the stock you are trying to sell is headed down the tubes. Ray J.
