The problem with analysts is they try to come up for an explanation for why something is happening even if it does not make sense. My feeling is that WDC is moving higher because it has not done much of that in 2020. As a relative dog in 2020 it may just outperform in 2021. Someone (Lots of someones) is(are) front running the stock today thinking it may have further upside in 2021. RtS
