Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney Predicts Mike Pence Will Throw out Six Biden Elector Slates

Today, the Two Mikes were again honored to host Lieutenant-General Thomas McInerny. The General, as always, was direct and frank, saying that the republic’s current constitutional crisis will be constitutionally resolved by Vice President Pence on 6 January 2021.

General McInerny said to expect that Mr. Pence will refuse to accept as legal the election results certified and delivered to Congress by the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Nevada. After doing so, President Trump will be declared re-elected on the basis of the remaining, valid electoral votes.

Vice-President Pence will explain that his decision was made because the six states whose votes were invalidated did not obey provisions in their own constitutions, and the laws supportive thereof passed by their state legislature. Instead the election process in each of the six states followed dictates issued by executive-branch members and/or bureaucrats. The latter procedure clearly is unconstitutional according to the constitutions of the six states and the federal Constitution. ...
