I can't call such creatures capitalists....

It's probably a matter of semantics, but I think of capitalists as those people who think capital, which really means ownership, is the most important part of the economic equations. In essence, capitalists own, or hope to own things that other people will either work for or pay for. That doesn't mean they don't look for handouts or opportunities to steal or grift. It means that they think that the owners are more important, and deserve more rights, than customers or laborers. It's an attitude. Not all capitalists are rich, but it's not likely someone is rich without being capitalist.
