Dear RILEY G: SEC Investigation

In the Miami office of the SEC, a woman by the name of Page Harper has
been assigned to investigate OVIS/RMIL. Case # HO190844. She has been
talking to a reporter in the area. The reporter is writing an article
about RMIL and all of the fradulent press releases.
