Pugs: Are you sure all this stuff you report is going to happen? If so, why don't you offer to buy the certs from any willing to sell? I know of a number of people that would love to dump their stock and you may be able to get it for a steal at $1.00 per share, especially since you "know" you'll be opening shortly at $3-$5. KMT P.S. The other alternative is you don't know, nor have a clue, and your just posting to encite the nays.
