IMAGE POWER (IPZ:VSE $0.25)

We were hoping to have a more comprehensive review of Image Power out by
now but unfortunately have not had time yet (sometime this week). However,
the company spent the past week at Microsoft's web developers conference &
trade show in California which was attended by several thousand leading
developers and corporations. It is our understanding that some serious
interest was shown in the company's technology from some very large
corporations. We are hoping that sometime this week we will see a news
release from them reviewing the progress they made at the show.

Keep in mind that this company is a developer of leading edge technology in
the image compression field. At a recent global competition in Australia,
the technology was in the top 10 (of 30 +) presented and beat out
competitors from multinational corporations worth Billions. A world
industry standard is currently being developed (IPZ sits on the board) and
Image Power's technology has an excellent chance of leading the pack. The
future applications are enormous with potential not only on the internet
but in wireless faxing and paging, medical imaging, scanners, PCS digital
phones, and digital photography, and wireless computer networks.
