Pugs has offered $1.00 per share to anyone wanting to sell their certificates to him before trading of RMIL begins. I know some people who would love to do it.

Legally can it be done while the stock is not trading? Secondly, as a finder, may I receive a finder's fee from the sellers for introducing the parties?
