Chucka,

Do you mean that if I call you up, I can understand what you have on your mind? That would surely be an enlightning experience. Forget th frog legs, I can cook anything extremely well. It is just a matter of motivation. They be miners and they be cooks, and some miners was pretty good cooks and some was not! What that has to do with mining, I know not, but I suspect nothing!!

Perhaps we should move from frog legs to snails! Will you eat them if I cook them? My method envolves the meat of the snail mixed with a gob of garlic and some bread crumbs and a little parlsey and a small amount of cream and a little salt and white pepper. I stuff all that into the cleaned shell and slather the whole thing with butter and add a little more garlic and serve it with the finest french bread that I can bake or acquire. The snail mixture is placed under the broiler until I judge tht it is ready and the smell is right.

Did you find that in Wickenberg, or is there a need for my services there?

I have been considering for some time a bar, resturant, house of ill repute in that area? What do you think? Is the time right for that venture?

Hope that I offend no one, but we must remember the history of the area!!

Just being historic, Jack!!

P.S.-- of course the wine is important!
