Pugs will buy your remaining certificates at $1.00 per share. I believe you said you had 1000 of them and were considering an offer of $.10 from allen. Well my friend, you've just gained 1000% on that offer. (What's my cut?)

I've got some other people that I know that will look into the legalities of this and take Pugs up on his offer if it's legal. (Assuming Pugs wasn't flapping his gums.)
