Those are good questions and my answer would probably be no for the most part. I'm not sure how this particular commercial could have been made to better attract investors but I think the key is getting the word out. After seeing the commercial the NBC scenario really becomes more confusing. If it is true that they actually turned them down for the reason that was reported then something is really fishy here. There was absolutely nothing wrong or uncomfortable about the commercial so someone was probably throwing up a smokescreen, either Vivus or NBC.
