I quite realize I am gambling being short, but, it would seem to me that HC would not approve an application for ink that was made from some one elses GO without knowing the impurities of that GO.
Since ZEN has not taken delivery of that GO, that would mean they are not aware of the chemical/impurities in quantifiable amounts. Which would likely skew the approval timeline from what others expect.
So longs are betting on imminent HC approval, and shorts are betting the opposite.
