Man oh man! I stepped away for a while and came back to find Rocket Red has not actually seen the light!
As an aside, stepping away is actually really good for the soul. There is a whole world out there waiting for you to interact with it, and not be defined exclusively by Zen. (but since I suggested it, please wear your mask, or better still, wait a week or two and wear one with graphene coating).
So here is a couple of facts about Rocket Red:
1. He did not make any money from Zen. In fact from what I can gather he lost quite a bit. You can go back and look at his old posts. He seems to have gotten in somewhere in the $2 price range, and like many of us rode the highs up to $5. His postings remain incredibly positive throughout that period. Sometime around June of 2016 he started to become very cynical and negative. At this point Zen was 70-80 cents. So he sold. Then he becomes very excited about Zen that same summer and Zen has a mini-renaissance, driving the price back up into the mid-1.40s. He bought back in. By March of 2017 he was downcast and angry all over again. At this point Zen was $1.05. Anyone can see this from his posts and the dates. So we know he's a chronic liar, and we need to keep this in mind with everything he says.
2. Scroll back and read 10-12 of his posts (oh right, you already have in the last 5-6 days, but for chits and giggles you can pick any 10-12 of the thousands of posts he's put out there ). You'll see the intellectual capacity in his communications of a developmentally delayed turkey who thinks he's Idi Amin (I would have concluded he was an annoying child but he's been posting on SI for more than two decades so we know he is at least a full grown Neanderthal). lol - he banned someone as a Zen basher because they called him the pocket rocket, which is the closest thing to a compliment this guy is ever going to see.
3. He moderates (wait for it!) 48 boards on SI. Yes you heard me correctly! And get this, he's driven everybody away with his crafty leadership skills. NOONE posts on any of his boards (ok, there literally might be 1-2 boards left where 'Jiggy'-types haven't figured out yet and think they've discovered a world of long sought after popularity).
Bottom line - Rocket Red is a pathetic miscreant in his underwear posting from him mom's cellar. I KNOW we should ban him, but how do you throw someone to banishment when we're having so much fun with his entertainment value.
