... optical litho will probably still be used to etch 0.8micron lines. I'm sure you meant 0.08 micron. And I agree with the latter. So much for XRL taking over from optical litho, as it's future keeps getting more distant -- now at 2012? Elizabeth, what say you? Tulvio
