Okay, let me rephrase this. Again, appreciate I am looking at this from a short appreciation rather than long.
ZEN has a market cap of about $300million
ZEN has moved this high based on an initial sale of Ink for masks
ZEN has also announced researchers think they may have a antibiotic
Research is far different from trials. Research is the prelude to Ph1-3 trials
So the antibiotic is sometime off in the future, if it makes it.
So that leaves the INK.
INK would be sprayed on a mask and inhaled.
One of the advantages proclaimed by ZEN is that its still effective after 105 days at X%
Which, is also a disadvantage when trying to determine whether HC approves.
Why? Because now HC has to consider what the impact on a wearer would be if they did wear the mask for 105 days
So again, I post from a position of short. It would appear to me that little tidbit then causes HC to scrutinize the application because exposure over 24 hours is different from exposure over 105 days.
Secondly, as mentioned, exposure of what? The GO ZEN is buying is not a CRM or Certified Reference Material that has been scrutinized as to what the impurities are, had it been, that would be different.
Its not CRM because there is no CRM for GO at this time.
Thirdly, the proclamation of 99% effective by the Medical gurus was based on ZEN GO, not the GO they are buying.
So, those are my reasons for being short, I do not expect longs to agree, in fact its your job to disagree with me.
This is not a bash on ZEN, its a justification for a short position rather than long. Things can change in a moment, and if things change, I will too.
PS-Its not the Purity of GO, its the impurities that are left over. 98% pure with 2% lead is far more devastating then 98% pure and some inert chemical.....so its not the purity, its what is impure that counts. |
