The new Dem Senator has to be reelected in two years. They set up runoffs in southern states to stop blacks from winning. The theory was that if a black won, a runoff would give them time to mobilize the white vote to defeat him. The opposite happened, a black man won the runoff. There will be NO MORE runoffs in GA. Watch how fast they change the law.
