CSCA Update and Opinion ... BLACK EYE: No effort worth a hoot to keep the investment community informed. All there is to date is one news release with a lot of potatoes (potential) but to date I have seen no meat. Norman Wood is not going to put out a news release that does not have some meat or potatoes with it. This company would much rather wait til they have something. Will they ever get anything I do not know. Presently all they have is potatoes. This stock has had some movement of late because some long termers that own it are accumulating slowly. Same way we did with MIDL a month ago. It has laid domant for a while but if you notice once it falls below .20 it is bought up quickly. That buying stops at the .25 mark. Next thing you know sells hit it. Friday was expected because of the fall off Wednesday & Thursday. It was immediately bought up taking back to .25 where the buying stopped. This increase in volume sparked a few people on line people and they thought a run was happening and jumped in also. Of course the run was not happening and the bid fell to .20 lower than what the volume runners paid for it. I called to check on the company and to my understanding they are apparently still in negotations on an aquisition. I do not know nor am I implying they are about to announce an acquistion I just called to see why the increase. I asked about the improvement of the stages of the news release and not much there either. Is there meat coming I do not know. Are they going to be reporting? I have gotten a lot of well yeah but nothing solid. That is about all I know at the present. Their one news release tells it all but timely execution is the enemy of this stock like so many others. If you believe this is going to be a big one then accumulate it now at this lower level and hold. Hopefully this stock will be having news in the near future. Oh and Norman is away doing business and what not which makes it extremely hard for him to talk to every single investor. Time will tell on this one. Just my opinion Thanks GB
