BITC - nailing this top is like trying to shoot a dime off the top of the empire state building from a mile away. A week later and a small tweak to the fork, and I'm revising the topping/reversal target upward to 38,200 if hit by Friday. I'll update next week if not hit. In the meantime, long and strong.
