To use two old neocon Republican Party hacks to explain Trump is pointless.

Trump stumbled in front of a conservative populist parade, and thought it was all about him. Just as the neoliberal Democratic Party hacks have been unwilling to acknowledge and accept the Progressive populists of the Party, the Republican Party still doesn't understand what happened in 2016.

As I have said before, Trump and Biden are unimportant. But the populist sentiments will remain. If somebody comes along who can unite the Bernie Bro populists on the left with the Trump populists from the right, then watch out!!
