hpeace--- I am not sure that will even save GTW in any downturn. They have to act fast and pray for time to accumulate cash before anything could cause a slow down or they will be blown away with the little guys. Too much competion for them from CPQ/DEC,DELL,IBM, and HWP. if IBM makes ANY offer they should jump it fast..IMO.
