I agree with your analysis. However my friends who are reps for Ethicon tell me that Dermabond "launch" is slated for June 98. Its interesting to note that Ethicon is ramping up a whole new sales force for this product. I guess they didn't want suture sales reps to be forced to choose between pushing sutures and Dermabond. Given this time frame CLSR may see a pull back over next two Qtrs until actual sales hits its books. But I would imagine some royalties will be recorded for next two Qtrs while products are packaged for future sales. This may be a "buying opportunity" in the next two Qtrs. The response to this product in Canada has been phenomenal. And I'm here to tell you that the Canadain Health Care System is pretty tight with its resources, so I imagine its will really take off in a free market siuation.
