The Koreans may have to offer stock to get the machines. If it works out, it would give the DUV manufacturers some equity participation in the Korean chip companies and keep production and sales moving. With the Korean stock market strengthening recently, that might be an attractive deal. It would certainly be nice for CYMI to have the pipeline flowing rather than slowing.
