What is so hard about understanding if you come through a window to gain illegal access and present a security threat to U.S. lawmakers during a mob riot ...that you will be shot for trying to gain said access?

With a mob at the door (and then someone coming through a side window) is quite enough reason to shoot.

You want to wait until they gain access? Then what?

Try to pick them off as they attack Senators? Geezus.
