I am continuing to track Tyler Corp (TYL). They have violated all uptrend lines that I could draw, but the stock refuses to drop. If this were a NASDAQ, rather than a NYSE, stock, I would suggest that it is being manipulated somehow. The latest SEC Form 13D dated 30 Jan 98, shows continued selling by insiders, an average of about 10,000 per trading day. The 4th qtr 10Q and '97 10K are due within the next few weeks, although the '96 10K wasn't filed until March '97. I would be very nervous if I still held this stock. From the latest Form 13D:
