You would be surprised what a mentally unstable, lonely mind can do in 24 hours much less 12 days.

Not sure anyone in the military would follow orders, but I really don't know about launching a nuclear attack on his own.

I will be afraid/nervous long after he is gone with the security secrets he has (if he remembers or ever read them)

Scotland already denied him entry, but I'm sure there are a few countries that would love to give him entry.
