D LEE, Clinton's ratings are at a high. Is it because the US backs him on the sex scandal or because he will lead the country on another campagn? War units the country and heaps glory on the leader. Take a look backwards at all the Presidents that conveniently found a war when their ratings were down. Who is the script writer in these things? How do they convince the opponent to act up at the right time? Naw, thats nuts! It's all happenstance. The puppeteers wouldn't do something like that.
