retail / SRC: I wanted to lighten up my retail/reit holdings so in addition to div yield, price/ffo, growth expected, governance and whatnot, i added another consideration. percent of movie theater and fitness tenants: SRC 12%, NNN 10%, WRI 3%, REG 5%, ROIC 6%,KIM 6%. of course % grocery stores is important also. I sold SRC and NNN. hold WRI, ROIC, REG, KIM (smaller). I also on non-reit retail WMT and CVS. IMO the large % gain from the depths has already occurred, but more to come.
