There is going to be no civil war! Those Trump protesters will fade away after a few are thrown in jail.
I don't think it would amount to anything, just like the rage in the south after the 1964 civil rights act never amounted to anything, except freeing millions of African Americans.
And they warned about the same thing then. we need to quit Molly coddling the crazy Trumpsters.
IMO, we should not worry about the rage of the (extreme) right wing, as they don't even know why they are pissed. All they are doing is acting out like children.
We can already see the main stream Republicans distancing themselves from those who are enraged.
So the more enraged right wingers would probably just mean more people abandoning them.
I expect a new moderate Republican party to emerge and those who are far right wingnuts, like what just happened, will be left out in the cold.
And I could see a new minority far right wing emerging like in Europe for the crazy people.
