Case in point, Ratcliffe was not confirmable on the first try and had to be withdrawn. PDJT was forced to nominate "DC friendlies" to get confirmation on any of his appointments. Some may have been sympathetic to his causes, but were insiders and "compromised". The Swamp is wide and deep. Ratcliffe had to be managed before he was acceptable for confirmed nomination. you were management, what say you? <g>
